Cancellation by the Traveler
If you need to cancel your tour booking, please notify us in writing (via email or contact form) as soon as possible. Refunds are based on the number of days before the scheduled tour start date:

30+ days before departure:
Full refund, minus any non-refundable deposit and processing fees
15–29 days before departure:
50% refund of the total booking amount
Less than 15 days before departure or no-show:
No refund available

Non-Refundable Costs
Certain costs are non-refundable under any circumstances, including:

Tour deposits (if specified in your booking)
Visa application fees
Flights or train tickets already purchased on your behalf
Special activity fees (e.g., show tickets, experiences that are paid in advance)
Bank or payment processing charges
Rebooking or Tour Credit
Instead of canceling, you may choose to:

Rebook the same tour on a different date (subject to availability and rebooking fees)
Receive tour credit for a future trip with us, valid for up to 12 months

Cancellation by ChenSD LLC
In the rare event that we need to cancel your tour (due to low enrollment, natural disasters, or unforeseen emergencies), you will be offered:

A full refund of the tour price, or
The option to reschedule or transfer funds to another tour
We do our best to notify you as early as possible if changes are needed.

Third-Party Bookings
If your travel includes services booked through third parties (e.g., hotels, airlines), their individual refund policies apply. We will assist you in requesting refunds from those providers, but we are not responsible for their decisions.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, delays, and interruptions. It adds a layer of protection in case of illness, emergencies, or changes beyond your control.
