2. Booking & Payment
A deposit or full payment (depending on the tour) is required to confirm your booking.
Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or other methods listed on our site.
Prices listed are per person unless otherwise stated.
Final payment deadlines and cancellation policies are provided at the time of booking.
3. Changes & Cancellations
By the Client:
Changes to dates, destinations, or participant names may be allowed (fees may apply).
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds depend on the timing:
30+ days before departure: Full refund minus deposit
15–29 days before: 50% refund
Less than 15 days: No refund
By ChenSD LLC:
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters, low participation).
In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or alternate date.
4. Travel Documents & Health
You are responsible for having a valid passport, visa(s), and any necessary vaccinations.
ChenSD LLC is not liable for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.
You should consult with a healthcare provider about recommended travel precautions.
5. Insurance
We highly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance (medical, trip cancellation, luggage, etc.) before departure.
ChenSD LLC does not provide insurance and is not responsible for any losses due to lack of coverage.
6. Behavior & Conduct
We expect all participants to behave respectfully toward guides, fellow travelers, and local communities. We reserve the right to remove any traveler from a tour if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or offensive — without refund.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
While we do our best to provide safe, enjoyable, and high-quality experiences, travel involves inherent risks.
ChenSD LLC is not liable for delays, injuries, losses, or damage due to acts of God, force majeure, third parties, or events beyond our control.
We are not responsible for the services of independent contractors (e.g., hotels, airlines, transportation providers).
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of ChenSD LLC and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
9. Privacy
